Mission Mappers was founded in 2023 by Christine Davis, a seasoned Executive Operations Leader with a passion for helping organizations scale sustainably and operate with clarity. Based in Charlotte, NC, Mission Mappers provides fractional, interim and consulting operations support to small-to-midsize businesses, nonprofits and start-ups—locally and across the country. At a time when fractional services were still emerging, particularly in the operations space, Christine launched Mission Mappers to fill a critical gap: offering executive-level operational expertise in a flexible, embedded and cost-effective way. Since then, Mission Mappers has been not only delivering results, but also educating clients on the power of fractional support—where high-impact leadership meets clients where they are, enabling growing teams to access the guidance they need without the cost of a full-time executive.

Christine Davis is an experienced and versatile leader who’s spent her career helping organizations run smarter and grow stronger. She’s worked with all kinds of teams—nonprofits, startups, small and mid-sized businesses, agencies and global corporations—and brings a unique ability to simplify the complex, align people around a shared vision and move things forward.
As the Founder of Mission Mappers, Christine provides fractional and interim leadership as well as consulting to organizations looking to strengthen operations, improve team performance and drive real results. She also serves as a Strategic Advisor with Armstrong McGuire, supporting mission-driven organizations through key transitions and growth moments.
